Registration fees:
Early bird registration (till 31/7/2024): 450 USD (22.000 EGP for Egyptians).
Late bird registration (after 31/7/2024): 500 USD (24.000 EGP for Egyptians).
The fees include the following: attendance of lectures – model illustration – live cases – Atlas of Cerebral Angiography – subsistence (coffee breaks & lunch for 2 days) – course certificate.
The course is limited to 9 participants (3 participants for each live case).
The fees do not include accommodation.

Terms and Conditions:
Payment is mandatory for confirmation of registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Instapay. On-site payment is not accepted.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 1 month before the course (31/7/2024) — no cancellation charge.
Cancellation till 16/8/2023 — 20% of course fee cancellation charge.
Cancellation from 17/8/2024 to 31/8/2023 — 50% of course fee cancellation charge.
Cancellation from 1/9/2024 & no show to the course — 100% of course fee cancellation charge.
If the course cannot take place for any reason related to the organizing committee, the registration fee will be fully refunded. If the course organization team was not able to provide the adequate number of live cases on the course days, non-egyptians will be funded 50% of the course fees. Egyptians will be offered to attend other live cases in other suitable days.
Please note that the organizing committee is not responsible for transport cancellation & travel restrictions. We highly recommend to first make sure that you are allowed to travel to Egypt, to verify which rules & protocols must be followed for your country. In case of refund, refund fees will be deducted from the course fees.
